What Is PRF, Sculptra & Hyperdilute Radiesse?
PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin)
PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) is the next generation treatment of platelet concentrate. PRF is a fibrin matrix comprised of platelet cytokines, growth factors and cells used to help promote skin rejuvenation & hair growth. First, we do a simple blood draw into tubes. The tubes are then centrifuged for 5 minutes.
The tubes are taken out of the centrifuge and the top portions of the centrifuged tubes are drawn up to obtain the PRF for your treatment.Because there is no anticoagulant in the tube that the blood is collected, the plasma actually forms a platelet and white blood cell-rich fibrin scaffold once injected into the treatment area. This can be used in many areas of the face for rejuvenation. We can also turn this liquid gold into a thicker consistency by gently heating it and therefore can be used as a all natural dermal filler.
Sculptra
Sculptra is a bio-stimulatory composed of poly-L-lactic acid, a biocompatible synthetic material. Unlike traditional fillers that provide immediate volume, Sculptra works by stimulating the body's natural collagen production over time. The treatment involves injecting Sculptra beneath the skin, which gradually helps to restore lost facial volume and improve the appearance of deep folds, wrinkles, and hollow areas. Sculptra is commonly used to address age-related facial volume loss and can provide a more youthful and refreshed look.
Hyperdiluted Radiesse
Hyperdiluted Radiesse is simply Radiesse that has been diluted / thinned out, with a mixture of sterile saline solution and lidocaine. This makes it an easily spreadable biostimulator capable of remodeling skin over a larger area. Great for use in the neck, chest, arms and knees. Also can be used to enhance the buttocks.
