Dr. Nicholas Sieveking is a board-certified and Award Winning Nashville, TN Plastic Surgeon.

Dr. Sieveking balances his body contouring services with his busy plastic surgery practice where he has developed a reputation as one of the top Facelift and Rhinoplasty surgeons in the region. He is known as a safe and conservative plastic surgeon and for achieving predictable and “natural results” without extreme changes in his patients.

Dr. Sieveking is a native Nashvillian and board certified plastic surgeon who completed his training in general surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California. After finishing his training at Stanford, Dr. Sieveking traveled to Rio de Janeiro and Santos, Brazil to be a student of two of the world’s leaders in plastic surgery- Ivo Pitanguy and Ewaldo Bolivar de Souza Pinto.


Deana Benefield, BSN, RN, CANS

Deana joined our practice in 2018 as our Lead Nurse Injector. She has received advanced and extensive training in various neurotoxins, dermal fillers, lasers and body contouring.

With 14 years experience, Deana sets the bar high specializing in advanced injection techniques using various types of filler to create the most subtle, refreshed look without loss of natural beauty.

Soon after graduating from the nursing program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2004 she began her career in aesthetics when she moved to Manhattan where she had the opportunity to work side by side world renowned physicians treating celebrity clientele. Deana leads our MedSpa team which was voted 2019’s top 3 “Best MedSpa’s in Nashville” by the Nashville Scene.

Deana performs the most innovative Injectable techniques to cater to each patient’s individual needs and concerns, and we are so happy to have her as our Master Injector. She lives in Franklin with her husband, Chuck, and daughter Lenox and enjoys yoga, fitness, and everything health/wellness.

Sandy Jackson, Accounts Manager

Sandy joined our office February 2015. Her warm and friendly personality makes her the ideal front office supervisor. Her organizational skills and attention to detail make her an asset to our team. Sandy places a high priority on our patients needs and concerns, and strives to provide the best in personalized patient care. Sandy brings over 10 years of experience in the Cosmetic Dermatology field and can expertly answer any questions or concerns. She understands the importance of making your visit to our office an enjoyable one.

Jan Stanley, RN

Jan Stanley, RN, is a Master’s prepared Registered Nurse with over 38 years of experience in the healthcare field. Her involvement in healthcare ranged from acute patient care, hospital administrative positions to even owning her own practice as a Nutrition Health Specialist and Health Coach.

She has worked in the discipline of Functional Medicine for over 12 years. Jan completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Southern Maine with Cum Laude and Suma Cum Laude honors. She was a past member of Sigma Theta Tau, a national Nursing Honor Society.

“My role, as Wellness Practitioner, is to teach, motivate, and mentor those who wish to make positive lifestyle choices that lead them to optimal health and healing. Anna Ross Walker, Director of Marketing

Anna joined Sieveking Plastic Surgery in the Spring of 2020 and is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of all marketing initiatives for the practice service lines including Sieveking Plastic Surgery, Ageless Regenerative Medical, Medical Aesthetics Center and MyWoundDoctor.

Following almost 20 years of service for HCA in various marketing leadership roles at both Centennial Medical Center and Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute, she has developed extensive knowledge in global communications within the healthcare industry. Her demonstrated range of skills include advertising, communications, creative development, content writing, producing and editing, media planning, public relations, digital media, community relations, and project management and implementation.

Anna received her Bachelor of Art’s degree in English Writing from Rhodes College. She is a Nashville native and enjoys spending her free time either outdoors or with her three children, Abby, Cal and Evie.

Jennifer Hammond, Aesthetician

Jennifer grew up in the fitness industry after her father opened his first gym “Harvey’s Fitness Club” over 40 years ago. She learned how important it is to help others reach their goals by teaching them the correct form and healthy habits. She finds this to be true in the skin care industry as well. After she realized the damage, she had caused to her own skin over the years, she began a quest to learn all she could about prevention and repair. She was encouraged to pursue her love of skin care by attending aesthetic school. She is a firm believer in learning healthy skin care habits early instead of attempting to reverse damage later in life. Most of her services focus on rebuilding of collagen and elastin to maintain youthful, healthy skin. Jennifer is also dedicated to continuous learning to ensure long-lasting, high-quality results. She is excited to help patients along their skin care journey to achieve all their personal beauty goals! In her free time, she adores her role as wife, mother of four and grandmother of two!

SUSIE CODY, RN, CANS, Aesthetic Nurse Specialist

Susie started her nursing career over 20 years ago at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center in Southern California before deciding to get involved in aesthetics. Over the last 18 years she has worked in a variety of prestigious aesthetic medical establishments in California and Tennessee. She has undergone extensive training to obtain the prestigious Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) certification and is an advanced injector of neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Kybella and PDO Threads. She is highly trained in treatments including Coolsculpting, Ultherapy, radio frequency devices, laser facial/body aesthetics and more. Susie is also proud to be a national trainer for Galderma and enjoys teaching other medical professionals about the different fillers, neurotoxins, and the intricacies of injection techniques. She genuinely enjoys the aesthetic industry and getting to know her patients and is known for her honest, sweet approach. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband, adult kids and grand puppy named Frank!

Rachel Fowler, Medical Assistant

Rachel serves as medical assistant to Dr. Sieveking at Sieveking Plastic Surgery. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Chemistry in 2018 from William Carey University where she graduated with high honors and made both the Dean’s List and President’s List for academic excellence. She also earned an Associate of Arts Degree in General Studies from Pearl River Community College in 2014 where she was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and Secretary for the College’s Honors Institute. Currently, Rachel is seeking her nursing degree at Cumberland University’s BSN Program. Previous experience included work as a front desk specialist for an advanced clinical nutrition practice in Nashville, TN, where she provided multi-faceted administrative support. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys reading, Nashville Soccer Club games, visiting new restaurants, and spending time with her dog, Lumi.

Patricia A. Key, RN, Surgery Coordinator

Patti received her Associates Degree in Nursing in June 2001 from Aquinas College in Nashville, TN. She also earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies in August 2018 from Middle Tennessee State University. She is a diligent, motivated, and ethical registered nurse with more than 20 years of plastic surgery experience in the operating room, including extended time in a leadership role as assistant operating room director. Patti has experience in completing a successful initial survey and certification for AAASF and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for Ambulatory Surgery Centers. She is dedicated to driving and delivering high-quality, safe, and compassionate patient care. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, hiking at Tennessee State Parks and reading.

Taylor Foust, Front Office Coordinator

Taylor serves as the front office coordinator at Sieveking Plastic Surgery. She attended University of Tennessee in Knoxville where she studied Biology from 2014-2017. She received her high school diploma with academic distinction from Mount Juliet High School in Mount Juliet, TN. Previous experience included service as a front desk receptionist for Dr. Foley’s Health and Wellness Center, where she provided comprehensive administrative support for the busy advanced clinical nutrition practice. She also worked as a gymnastics coach at Intrigue Athletics and a coach, supervisor, and office administrator at Premier Athletics Knoxville West. In her free time, Taylor enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
